At Echo Impact, we are committed to a very different approach. Our aim is to keep our administrative costs between 0–10% — covering only essential expenses such as fuel and transport for delivering care.

We have no plans to hire paid staff or create unnecessary overheads. Instead, we operate with a lean, volunteer-led model so that the vast majority of every donation goes exactly where it should — directly into the hands and lives of those we serve. When circumstances limit our ability to deliver help directly, our charity model allows us to provide funding via grants to trusted food banks and approved charities, chosen carefully by our trustees.
